Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide Revenue Cycle Epic deployments across our national health system. You will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations and mentor large analyst teams while partnering with CMOs, Nursing Leadership, and Executives.

The role requires strong PM and EMR expertise, with travel to hospital sites across the U.S. and a focus on adoption of best-practice workflows.

Qualifications

Six or more years of applicable work experience required.
Five years of experience working with electronic medical records required.
Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
Four years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
Four years of experience in project management preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
Experience leading large teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations.
Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
Ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows.
Lead, coach, and manage clinical application analyst teams.
Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
Oversee post-go-live transition to support teams.
Travel Requirement: remote role with travel up to 50–75% annually to hospital sites across the U.S.
