Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in healthcare with Epic implementations.
• Experience in Epic Core Clinicals (ASAP, Bugsy, ClinDoc, Rehab, BH, Stork, Willow IP).
• Strong understanding of hospital, clinic and billing operations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall and agile.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships between IT and patient, provider, and administrator stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting and resource tracking for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate Epic implementation, including data conversions and device integration.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into project deliverables.
• Guide project team on Epic best practices.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from planning to deployment and adoption.
