Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Ambulatory) to lead enterprise-wide Epic deployments across its national health system. You will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations, partnering closely with clinical and executive leadership to ensure successful adoption across care environments.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of applicable work experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic implementations across Ambulatory and hospital settings.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization phases.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
• Ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows.
• Lead, coach, and manage clinical application analyst teams.
• Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee post-go-live transition to Production Support.
