Prime Healthcare seeks an Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide Revenue Cycle Epic deployments across our national health system. You will guide clinical workflows, design, build, go-live, and stabilization, partnering with executives to ensure successful adoption in hospitals nationwide.

This remote leadership role requires strong program management and team coaching, with frequent travel to hospital sites and collaboration with CMOs, nursing leadership, and executives

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years with electronic medical records.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years with an integrated healthcare information system.
• 4+ years in project management.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
• Ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows.
• Lead, coach, and manage clinical application analyst teams.
• Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee post-go-live transition to support teams.
