TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to lead healthcare technology initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. You will oversee Epic implementations, Community Connect projects, application upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts while partnering with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across the organization.

This contract-to-hire role is based out of Chicago, IL, with a fully remote work setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• 3+ years of direct Epic project management experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across clinical, operational, and executive teams.
• Experience working within PMO frameworks and project management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage full project lifecycles, timelines, risks, and budgets within PMO frameworks.
• Coordinate Community Connect initiatives and cross-functional Epic initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates to executives and PMO leadership.
