Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RTE, RTA, benefit filing, financial clearance, patient estimates, prior authorization, and referral management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle performance improvement assessments and optimization projects.
• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions using best practices.
• Drive improvements in Real-Time Authorization (RTA) and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE).
• Enhance financial clearance and patient estimates processes.
• Optimize referral management and prior authorization workflows.
• Improve digital patient access and engagement capabilities, including eMPA and patient portal workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements and achieve performance goals.
