Qualifications

• Six+ years of applicable work experience.
• Five+ years of EMR experience.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Four+ years with an integrated healthcare information system.
• Four+ years in project management.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations across hospitals.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
• Ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows.
• Lead, coach, and manage clinical application analyst teams.
• Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee post-go-live transition to support teams.
• Travel up to 50-75% to hospital sites across the U.S.
