Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an Epic Implementation Manager (Ambulatory) to lead large-scale Epic deployments across their outpatient network. This role involves optimizing workflows to enhance both provider productivity and patient experience, ensuring effective implementation across multiple clinics.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clinical leaders, oversee all phases of implementation, and provide onsite support during transitions. A Bachelor's degree, along with substantial experience in Epic implementations, is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of applicable work experience required.
• Five years of experience working with electronic medical records required.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic Ambulatory implementations across multiple clinics.
• Oversee all phases including planning, design, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Provide onsite leadership during go-live, supporting providers and staff.
