Elite Staffing Network is seeking an Epic Home Health/Hospice Analyst to work remotely with preference for onsite in Roanoke, Virginia. The role focuses on Epic application analysis, requirements, configuration, documentation, testing and implementation, plus Epic support, troubleshooting and reporting.
The candidate will mentor teammates, manage projects, and coordinate with clients and vendors to optimize Epic modules and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience analyzing Epic Home Health/Hospice applications, gathering requirements and designing configurations.
- Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting activities.
- Mentor teammates and manage projects to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design and plan implementations.
- Mentor teammates in issue resolution and coordinate updates to peers and clients.
- Lead assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform highly complex work with minimal supervision and independent judgment.
- Plan requirements gathering for Epic projects and coordinate design sessions.
- Develop reference materials for Epic and non‑Epic technologies.
- Serve as liaison between Epic modules and stakeholders.
- Advocate for departmental initiatives and processes.
