Job summary

Carilion Clinic is seeking an Epic Application Analyst II to support Home Health/Hospice. The role analyzes, configures, tests, and implements Epic modules, supports third‑party integrations, and acts as liaison between teams, clients, and vendors.

Requires an associate degree or 2 years experience, and at least 2 Epic-related certifications. On‑call rotation, travel as needed, and strong communication are expected. Remote work options with VA consideration offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent; 2 years may substitute.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Obtain and maintain at least 2 vendor/industry certifications with Epic proficiency.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic application analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting.
• Liaise between TSG groups, clients and vendors; support third-party integrations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and project work; meet deadlines.
