Carilion Clinic is seeking an EPIC Application Analyst II for Home Health/Hospice. The role involves analyzing Epic application design, planning implementations, and optimizing use, with a focus on supporting clinical workflows and integration with other systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or minimum of 2 years' related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related healthcare IT experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Epic certifications per management guidance.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts foundational to intermediate analysis of Epic application design and planning implementations.
• Resolves issues with minimal supervision and tracks progress.
• Manages tasks, supports project work, and meets deadlines.
• Participates in requirements gathering and design sessions with guidance.
• Develops documentation and reference materials for Epic applications.
