Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst specializing in the Healthy Planet module to join our Epic Health landscape. You will support Risk Adjustment/HCC workflows and Compass Rose builds within our Epic Healthy Planet environment.

The role requires Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications, with level consideration based on experience. A remote position is available for candidates residing in eligible states, including Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory required within 90 days of hire.
• Proven experience in healthcare operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clinical, financial and Epic partners.
• Mentor other analysts and lead small-to-mid projects.
• Provide on-call support and ensure documentation.
• Assist with Epic Security configuration and maintenance.
• Adhere to IS project management protocols.
