Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification for the assigned area within the first 90 days.
• Working knowledge of Epic Healthy Planet and related modules; security considerations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills; able to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain documentation and user support plans for Epic applications.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in project management activities.
• Mentor other analysts and ensure adherence to IS protocols.
