Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a fully remote Epic Grand Central Analyst (Level 3) with Prelude expertise. You will configure Prelude components, manage RTE and registration workflows, and support Grand Central across multiple hospitals and physician groups.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, participate in large go-lives, and ensure quality through testing and documentation. Remote collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Grand Central certification.
• Current Epic Prelude certification.
• Experience building and configuring Epic Prelude (RTE, documents, registration, queues, rules).
• Proven ability to manage and resolve high volume Prelude-related tickets.
• Strong analytical and problem solving for registration and patient access workflows.
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
• Professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Prelude functionality (RTE, documents, registration, queues, rules).
• Support Epic Grand Central functionality with certified analysts as needed.
• Analyze and resolve incoming tickets with focus on Prelude issues.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate needs into Epic builds.
• Participate in projects including go-lives, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Ensure build quality and stability; follow change management and document decisions.
• Provide SME for registration and patient access workflows and improvements.
• Support a multi-entity Epic environment including Community Connect sites.
• Occasional onsite participation for team meetings or major go-lives.
