Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
• Hands-on build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude.
• Analyze and implement new build requests from business owners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incident and service request tickets.
• Provide go-live support, including at-the-elbow coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
