Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst (Level 3) to lead Prelude configurations in a fully remote role within the United States. The role focuses on Prelude real-time eligibility, registration workflows, documents, and work queues across hospitals and physician groups.

The ideal candidate will hold current Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex patient access workflows, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Current Epic Grand Central certification is required.
• Current Epic Prelude certification is required.
• Experience building and configuring Epic Prelude (RTE, documents, registration, work queues, and rules).
• Ability to manage a high volume of Prelude tickets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex registration and patient access workflows.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Prelude functionality (RTE, documents, registration, work queues, rules).
• Support Epic Grand Central functionality as a certified analyst across Grand Central and Prelude.
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve Prelude-focused tickets while supporting Grand Central when required.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into Epic configurations.
• Participate in go-lives, optimizations, and enhancements for ambulatory and other care settings.
• Ensure build quality and change management, including testing and documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise for registration and patient access workflows.
• Support multi-entity Epic environments and Community Connect sites.
• Occasional onsite activities for team meetings or go-live events.
