Qualifications

• Experience managing and resolving production support tickets, including break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support requests.
• Certifications or experience in Financial Assistance and Estimates.
• Ability to prioritize and clear ticket backlogs while maintaining service levels.
• Experience identifying and implementing system enhancements and workflow optimizations to improve performance and user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex issues.
• Experience collaborating with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to support application stability and ongoing improvements.
