Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Epic system implementations within hospital networks. You will handle IT ticket management, assist with Epic-related tickets, and provide production support, monitoring, and optimization for Epic applications.

Qualifications
- Epic Cadence/Prelude certifications required or plus.
- Minimum of 3 years implementing Epic in hospitals/health systems.
- Willingness to travel; remote work limited.
- Current US work authorization required.
Responsibilities
- Assist client in IT ticket management.
- Assist client with Epic application area tickets.
- Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated Epic apps.
- Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and QA.
- Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely as needed.
- Provide upgrade and optimization support for Epic applications.
- Update clients on project status.
- Support additional tasks as needed and agreed.
