Huron Consulting Group is seeking an Epic Patient Access Consultant to help healthcare clients optimize Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and implement configurations that improve registration and scheduling, eligibility, and referrals.

Based in the United States, you will work in a remote consulting environment with up to 25% travel to client sites, collaborating with IT and clinical teams to drive outcomes and adoption.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification required
• Hands-on Epic RTE experience required
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for project milestones.
• Epic RTE certification

• Epic Grand Central certification
• Epic Cadence certification
• Experience with registration automation, authorization rules, workqueue optimization, and default filing order automation.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
• Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
• OptimizeReal-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
• Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
• Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
• Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
• Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
