Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking an Epic Senior Consultant to help healthcare clients optimize Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and implement system configurations in a remote consulting environment. This role requires hands-on Epic RTE experience and Prelude certification, with travel up to 25%.

As a Consultant, you will partner with client IT teams, develop specifications for Epic builds, and support testing, registrations, and front-end workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification is required.
• Hands-on Epic RTE experience is required.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
• Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
• Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
• Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
• Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
• Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
• Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
