Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a remote Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst (Willow) to leverage deep Epic System knowledge, tailor the system to business needs, and collaborate with SMEs and end users across departments.

The role demands in-depth workflow analysis, configuration design, testing, and on‑call support as needed, with a focus on delivering robust Epic solutions from home across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience.
• 3 years of Epic-specific experience; more years can substitute for degree.
• Epic certification in supporting applications and related areas.

Responsibilities

• This position routinely performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic software; design, build, testing, and maintenance of those solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Perform analysis to resolve incidents, maintenance items, enhancements, upgrades, and projects, collaborating with colleagues across teams.
• Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality; ensure test scripts reflect workflow solutions.
• Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support design, additions, and changes.
• Implement changes using documented procedures compliant with policies.
• Participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain records.
• Have expert understanding of supported Epic applications and integrations, plus broad knowledge of other Epic modules.
• Work independently 100% of the time; anticipate add-on work and model for projects.
