• Train analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools and upgrades.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems: maintenance, security changes, licensing, on-call support.
• Document tasks to industry and organizational standards.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle and ensure content reuse and retirement per process.
