Job summary
Family Health Center is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to bridge clinical departments and technology vendors. The role leads governance, security administration, and vendor management for clinical applications, including Epic ecosystems, to support patient safety and regulatory compliance.
As ESA for assigned applications, you will guide configuration, access control, and lifecycle management while coordinating with clinical trainers and leadership to optimize workflows and system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, IT, CS, Healthcare Informatics or related field.
- Current RN or LPN license with at least two years of clinical nursing practice.
- Minimum of three years in Information Services supporting clinical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between clinical software vendors and the organization.
- Lead vendor activities: contracts, updates, issues, and enhancements.
- Facilitate Solutions Council, documenting governance and action items.
- Escalate vendor issues to ensure alignment with regulatory and governance goals.
- Provide advanced support on clinical applications and collaborate with RN Trainers.
- Oversee RBAC/IAM, access reviews, and security governance for apps.
- Plan, test, and implement clinical system changes with minimal disruption.
