Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, IT, or related field.
• Current RN or LPN license with clinical nursing practice experience.
• 3+ years in Information Services supporting clinical solutions; Epic or OCHIN Epic certification/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clinical departments and vendors for reliable systems.
• Lead governance, security, and access management for clinical apps.
• Coordinate vendor activities, contracts, and product updates.
• Manage RBAC/IAM reviews and annual access audits.
• Provide expert clinical-technical support and escalate issues as needed.
