Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a healthcare IT professional to support and optimize information systems, including EHRs, scheduling, billing, and reporting. This remote role requires periodic on-site presence in Colorado and Epic certification.

Responsibilities include analyzing issues, translating requirements into specifications, configuring and maintaining systems, and collaborating with vendors. A Bachelor's degree and Epic cert are preferred; non-CA residency restrictions apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience in a related area or candidate pursuing a bachelor’s with four years of experience.
• Must be able to certify on Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT application support to stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems.
• Translate requirements into design and development specifications and provide product management.
• Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain systems and applications.
• Document workflow changes and technical/functional designs for business requirements.
• Partner with vendors for third-party integration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Lead small to mid-size projects as PM and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Develop training materials for end-users and maintain documentation.
• Guide testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
