Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic ClinDoc Systems Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic ClinDoc applications remotely in a Pennsylvania-based environment. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, and train end users to optimize system use.

You will manage small to mid-size projects, resolve issues, and maintain documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong customer service. This role emphasizes collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associate degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic ClinDoc applications.
• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic workflows.
• Provide guidance and training to end users to optimize Epic usage.
• Contribute to and manage small to medium projects independently.
• Document processes and maintain training materials.
