Job summary

enGen is seeking a skilled Epic ClinDoc analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic ClinDoc applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, requirements definition, documentation, system design, and problem resolution while communicating with end users to understand issues and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities include installing, testing, and maintaining Epic environments, guiding end users, and contributing to projects with stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Documents workflow analysis and supports environments or applications.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users to resolve issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently with stakeholder updates.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
