Inova Health is seeking a dedicated EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This full-time role offers regular office hours and is fully remote, with eligibility for candidates in multiple states including NC.

The position requires EpicCare expertise, at least 3 years of Epic build/implementation experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience) and an EPIC Revenue Cycle certification to start. Inova Health emphasizes team health and flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required or 4 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement.
• Epic Revenue Cycle certification is required upon start.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance. Analyzes new releases and assesses impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements. Manages all testing phases and assists Lead/Project Manager in scope.
• Manages complex IT projects/products to provide automated solutions using the EpicCare solution.
• Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos, site visits, and reference calls.
• Recommends training programs and supports development of team member training.
