Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, and 3 vendor certifications with ongoing Epic proficiency. Expect a Monday–Friday core schedule with after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must obtain a minimum of 3 vendor certifications and maintain Epic module proficiency.
• Self-initiated team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility for after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel.
• Primary work schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intermediate to advanced analysis of Epic application design and system workflows.
• Independently manage assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Translate business needs into system solutions with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Epic and integrated third-party applications.
• Mentor analysts and share knowledge across the team.
• Interact with internal and external customers and stakeholders professionally.
