Responsibilities

• conducts intermediate to advanced analysis of Epic application design and system workflows.
• Independently manages assigned projects and work efforts, ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyzes and translates business needs into system solutions with minimal supervision.
• Develops documentation and knowledge resources for Epic and integrated third-party apps.
• Mentors analysts and shares team knowledge across modules.
• Acts as liaison across Epic modules, teams, and stakeholders.
• Supports on-call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
