Job summary

Carilion Clinic is seeking an Epic Application Analyst III for Hospital Billing to perform Epic system analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation across Epic modules. The role includes troubleshooting, training, and reporting, with on-call rotation and potential travel.

The candidate should have an Associate degree or equivalent and pursue multiple Epic certifications, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Conducts intermediate to advanced Epic design and workflow analysis.
Manages assigned projects and ensures timely delivery.
Translates business requirements into Epic configurations and solutions.
Maintains documentation for Epic and integrated third-party apps.
Supports implementation of new Epic modules and enhancements.
Mentors team members and shares knowledge across the pod.
Interacts with customers and stakeholders in a professional manner.
