Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining Epic Resolute Professional Billing components under the direction of a senior analyst.
• Support creation and maintenance of insurance follow-up workqueues and monitor workflow efficiency.
• Participate in testing activities and document results, then flag issues to IT teams.
• Translate operational needs into service requests or minor configuration updates.
• Maintain Master File entries related to professional billing and update provider/facility/payor data.
