Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and Epic Beaker certification required.
• 3+ years in clinical processes with laboratory information systems experience.
• 2+ years in Epic Beaker CP or AP with build, implementation, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, implement, and maintain hardware and software solutions for clients.
• Design, manage, and oversee projects and tasks for clients.
• Configure, test, and maintain Beaker-related applications and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with client IT teams.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and train end users on new tools.
