Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Laboratory Systems Support Manager to lead support and technical teams for CTIS, coordinating with Cerner, DXC, and clinical leaders. The role emphasizes patient safety, timely project delivery, and staff development.

Fully remote with some travel for site visits and trainings; standard hours 8AM–5PM MST with on-call availability. Epic Beaker knowledge and lab workflow understanding are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, clinical or allied health, computer science, information management or other technical field and eight years of experience configuring, supporting, training, and implementing clinical laboratory systems with four years of application experience.
• Master’s Degree in business, clinical or allied health, computer science, information management or other technical field and five years of experience configuring, supporting, training, and implementing clinical laboratory systems with four years of application experience.
• Ten years of laboratory application or workflow configuration, development and/or support experience with multiple solutions and environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with CTIS counterparts to ensure system reliability and stability.
• Directs teams to manage projects and optimization requests to completion, on time and within budget.
• Represents the company when dealing with clinical and related systems vendors or other external entities.
• Responsible to plan and manage the daily operations of clinical systems service delivery within budgets.
• Manages customer, stakeholder, and vendor relationships and expectations.
