ZipStaff Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Analyst (CP/AP) to support laboratory workflows in a remote U.S. environment. The role centers on hands-on build, configuration, production support, and middleware/instrument integration within complex lab settings.

Candidates must hold Epic Beaker CP and AP certifications and demonstrate strong operational support experience in healthcare labs, including compliance with CAP, CLIA, and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Epic Beaker CP and AP certifications (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare IT or clinical lab environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, CAP/CLIA/HIPAA compliance.
• Hands-on production support experience in complex lab environments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Beaker (CP and AP) to support laboratory workflows.
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab technologists, and clinicians to gather requirements and optimize system functionality.
• Support integration of Beaker with laboratory instruments, middleware, and other Epic applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system maintenance, and provide end‑user and production support for laboratory operations.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials for clinical and IT staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Partner with project managers and operational stakeholders to deliver Epic-related initiatives on time and within scope.
• Configure and support Rules, instrument interfaces, and related Beaker functionality.
