Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements and documentation, design solutions, and resolve end-user problems while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires 3 years of Epic-related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel. Epic Beaker certification within 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Beaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements; documents workflows and user experience.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to resolve issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
