Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks an Epic Beacon Application Analyst to configure and support Epic EHR workflows for member organizations. The role focuses on secure patient care data, physician workflows, and billing information within Epic front desk and related services.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years as an Epic Application Analyst, with at least 1 year of Epic build experience and Epic Beacon certifications. Remote work environment with nationwide travel as needed.

Qualifications

Epic Beacon Certifications are required for the role.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar or relevant role; EPIC certification may substitute.
3–5 years as an Epic Application Analyst; at least 1 year of Epic build experience preferred.
Experience in Healthcare IT is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Epic Beacon and related products to enable efficient workflows.
Serve as Level 2 technical support for integrated products and resolve issues.
Collaborate with Help Desk on JIRA resolutions and vendor calls.
Lead training sessions and mentor junior analysts on workflows.
Travel to support new member implementations and on-site software installations.
