Position Purpose: Provides leadership, coordination, and communication for the implementation of the application, managing personnel, maintaining project scope, schedule, and quality. Works closely with Epic Directors and other managers to ensure project success and engages the business community.

Essential Functions: Demonstrates Trinity Health values, collaborates with care providers, manages resources, incorporates best practices, ensures quality, develops staff, manages project transitions, and maintains compliance with laws and policies.

Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years in management or leadership roles, Epic certification, healthcare/IT knowledge, ability to travel, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements: Office environment, frequent communication, manual dexterity, ability to concentrate, and travel as needed. Work hours may include after-hours and weekends.
