Application Analyst III D-SNP Systems

Join the Alliance as an Application Analyst III D-SNP Systems in the Application Services Department.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead and perform complex systems configuration, research, and analysis to support and maintain state policies and procedures for D-SNP systems, including eligibility, enrollment, and CRM integration, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct analysis of business procedures, perform system configuration, research, and staff training.
- Analyze and optimize data workflows for accurate, timely, and compliant data exchanges with internal and external entities, focusing on operational and regulatory compliance.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The applications we develop and customize enable effective connections among staff, members, and providers, aiming to optimize healthcare delivery and innovate within the healthcare landscape.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience with core and ancillary systems of the Alliance.
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and project management methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of Medicaid/Medicare programs, product configuration, medical terminology, and diagnostic coding.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory policies, data analytics, and legislative processes related to Medicare DSNP and Medi-Cal.
- Some knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Knowledge of: System integration, information management, research, analysis, and reporting methods.
- Ability to: Analyze and create process maps, translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, and adapt to change.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with minimum experience requirements, or equivalent combination.
