Carilion Clinic in Roanoke is seeking an EPIC APPLICATION ANALYST III-MyChart to perform Epic system analysis, design, and implementation across modules. You will support training, troubleshooting, and reporting while coordinating with TSG groups, clients, and vendors.

The role requires 4+ years in related Epic work, associate degree or equivalent experience, and several Epic certifications. Expect a daytime schedule with after-hours on-call and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in CS, IS, healthcare, business, or 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related Epic/application experience.
• 3 vendor/industry certifications/proficiencies with Epic proficiency path.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduits intermediate to advanced analysis of Epic module design and workflows.
• Independently manages projects and ensures timely delivery.
• Leads requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Translates business needs into system solutions with minimal supervision.
• Documents and maintains knowledge resources for Epic and integrated apps.
• Mentors analysts and supports knowledge sharing across teams.
• Participates in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.
