Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for PV solar and related projects. You will travel to regional jobsites to lead scheduling efforts and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong CPM skills, and the ability to update schedules bi-monthly, analyze what-if scenarios, and produce reliable reports.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
• Experience scheduling for HV, substations, or electrical projects.
• EPC scheduling experience highly desirable.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Use P6 to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Analyze project documents to form schedule baselines.
• Perform quantity take-offs to estimate activity durations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field teams.
• Update schedules at least twice a month.
• Attend project meetings and report schedule status.
• Maintain delay logs and NOAA weather tracking.
• Support scheduling for what-if analyses and changes.
• Train field personnel in scheduling processes.
• Visit jobsites as required.
