Job summary

Primoris Power Solutions is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager to deliver safe, cost-effective and high-quality execution of large electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects. You will act as the single point of accountability for planning, execution, and closeout, guiding project teams and client relationships with PMBOK-aligned processes.

The role requires advanced expertise, independence, and a proven track record in EPC project leadership within the utility sector,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of utility industry project management experience.
• 3+ years of EPC project work.
• PMP Certification.
• Detailed knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management systems and technical direction to EPC project teams.
• Lead planning, execution and closeout of medium to large EPC projects.
• Manage client relationship and keep management informed of status and issues.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality per PMBOK.
• Conduct contract negotiations, change orders, submittals and approvals.
• Implement risk management, change control and cost controls.
