Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large-scale transmission and substation capital projects from concept through commissioning. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while guiding project teams.

You will manage financial performance, lead risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible PM experience in utility, transmission, substation, or infrastructure sectors.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large transmission/substation projects with overall accountability.
• Maintain financial accountability including budgets, forecasting, EV analysis, and variance reporting.
• Present portfolio performance and risk assessments to executives.
• Lead executive steering committees and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee risk, contract, and change management activities.
• Mentor and coach project management staff and promote best practices.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across projects.
