Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Director for Data Center / EPC projects in the United States. The role focuses on multi-billion dollar Data Center EPC programs including steam and power equipment.

The successful candidate will oversee all EPC phases for boiler systems and energy processes, driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while serving as the executive interface with customers and partners. Remote work with travel to HQs is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large EPC projects (>$500M)
• Background in steam and power equipment (turbines, boilers, HRSG)

Responsibilities

• Direct overall execution and delivery of major EPC projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, and controls to ensure integrated delivery.
• Establish and govern project execution strategy, including schedule, cost, risk, and commercial management.
• Oversee technical delivery for boiler systems and steam equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage high-level customer relationships as executive point of contact for escalation and alignment.
• Oversee contract management and commercial performance, including risk mitigation and change management.
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture with robust project assurance programs.
• Support business development with input to proposals, RFP responses, and project positioning for future work.
