Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the data center market. The role involves estimating scope and costs, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining documentation, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.

The candidate will work closely with the Sr. Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management or construction management.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and subcontractor execution.
• Maintain project documentation and track expenses.
• Prepare reports and monitor budget.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in project coordination meetings as required.
• Research change requests and resolve design issues for approval.
• Identify and resolve design document problems and conflicts.
• Monitor field or contract work for compliance with standards.
• Contribute to submittal and RFI processes.
• Support early billing activities to keep project cash flow on track.
