Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, including data centers and heavy industrial sectors. The role is 100% onsite at client sites with travel, overtime eligible, and per diem provided.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of direct experience are required, along with strong communication,

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering) or combination of experience and/or education.
• 5+ years of direct experience.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• A good understanding of how to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsabilidades

• Estimating project scope and costs
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors
• Maintaining project documentation
• Tracking project expenses and budget
• Preparing reports
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors
• Attend and actively participate in project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.
• Research and preparation of change requests to resolve design issues for approval
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions
• Monitor field work and/or contract work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes
• Submittal and RFI processes
• Early completion and tracking of billing
