Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for cardiac mapping and navigation systems within the CAS product line. The role emphasizes physician training, product education, and collaboration with regional sales teams to grow CAS adoption.

Remote position within the territory requires residency and occasional travel to accounts. A driving license is essential; 25–50% travel expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products.
• Educate physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
