Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for cardiac mapping and CAS products. You will educate physicians and staff, promote safe use, and cultivate relationships across hospital settings.

You’ll collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities and train customers on mapping and CAS solutions. The role requires driving within the territory (roughly 25-50% travel) and may include overnights, with a focus on improving patient outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus at least 10 years of related work in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Or an Associate degree with at least 8 years of related work experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and CAS products.
• Educate hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and CAS solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and clinical teams in the region and represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and staff.
