Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist for a remote position serving the U.S. territory.

You will provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and CAS products to physicians, hospitals, and staff, while aligning with regional sales goals and cross-functional teams. Your role includes educating staff on CAS procedures, promoting safe product use, and nurturing customer relationships to grow CAS business across regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus minimum 6 years of related work in cardiac mapping/navigation.
• Associate degree plus minimum 4 years of related work in cardiac mapping/navigation.
• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 2 years of related work in cardiac mapping/navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS Solutions products.
• Communicate with regional sales and clinical teams regarding CAS products and support.
