Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote EP Mapping Specialist to support physicians and staff in the use of EP mapping and navigation systems across accounts. The role requires residence within the territory, a valid driver’s license, and 25–50% travel, occasionally overnight.

You will provide clinical and technical training on CAS products and promote safe usage. Preferred candidates hold a technical degree with 4+ years in cardiac field or sales, with proven training experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; up to 6 years in cardiac mapping/navigation.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping, navigation systems, and CAS products.
• Educate physicians and staff on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures.
• Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products.
• Support regional sales objectives to achieve CAS product sales goals.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships that generate incremental business.
• Partner with Account Manager and Regional Manager to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training on mapping and CA Solutions products.
• Communicate with sales and clinical teams across the region.
• Represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and staff regarding products, service and support.
• Act as regional champion to share experience and promote proficient use of mapping technology.
